OUR DAUGHTER AND SON-IN-LAW TOOK OUR GRANDSON, JACKSON TO MILWAUKEE YESTERDAY FOR X-RAYS OF HIS HEAD AND NECK TO CHECK FOR POSSIBLE BIRTH DEFECTS.
THE DOCTOR CALLED MY DAUGHTER THIS AFTERNOON AND SAID THAT EVERYTHING LOOKED NORMAL!!!! THEY FEEL THAT THE UN-NATURAL SHAPE OF THE BACK OF HIS HEAD WAS CAUSED BY HIM BEING BREACH FOR SO LONG!! HE WAS LIKE THAT FOR AT LEAST 2 MONTHS AND THE DOCTOR THAT DELIVERED HIM SAID HE WAS REALLY "IN THERE"!! THEY HOPE THIS SHOULD CORRECT ITSELF OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL WEEKS!

HE CONTINUES TO BE OUR LITTLE MIRACLE AND I LOVE HIM SO!! I WENT OVER TO MY DAUGHTER'S TONIGHT AND JUST HELD AND ROCKED HIM! WAS 100 KISSES OVER THE TOP?!?
Oh Julie~ I'm so glad to hear your good news! I just love the photo where you are holding him- it's just precious, pure love...
ReplyDeleteI'd say praises are in order for that wonderful news. So glad to hear it and I think 100 kisses are perfectly normal for a Nana! Hope you received my email. I'm just thrilled Julie!
ReplyDeletehugs and love,
Debra
What a beautiful picture; your post reminds me of one of my favorite passages in Psalm 139:
ReplyDelete"For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother's womb.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;your works are wonderful,I know that full well."
and no, 100 kisses is not too many!
So glad your little grandbaby is doing ok. I read all my comments and was surprised to see you are from Eden, WI! We lived there for 6 years! I loved the little town. The country there is like no other, rolling hills, farmland, and lush green fields. And their parades are super! I look forward to browsing more of your blog and getting to know you, my new Wisconsin friend.
