WELL, SOMETIMES GOOD INTENTIONS JUST AREN'T GOOD ENOUGH!!
I WANTED TO TAKE SOME PICS OF SOME BLACK THINGS IN MY HOME AND TODAY, FOR SOME REASON, MY CAMERA WON'T WORK!!
SO I TRIED TO FIGURE OUT A WAY TO STILL DO THIS POST--THE 5TH IN MY COLOR THEMED SERIES. I'VE NEVER TRIED TO SCAN A PHOTO BEFORE SO I THOUGHT THIS MIGHT BE A GREAT TIME TO GIVE IT A SHOT. I DUG THROUGH MY BOX OF VINTAGE CABINET CARDS AND CHOSE 3 THAT I FELT WOULD FIT THE BILL....
I love the old photos of borrowed relatives. It was great that you could work out a plan B. I'm stopping by from Vintage Black Friday.
ReplyDeleteYup! Plan B worked and looks great! Very clever of you:) Don't you love old photos. Have a great VBF ~ TGIF!!!
ReplyDeleteLove those old photos and your color week!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about camera problems. I did a huge bridal shower last saturday and everyone is waiting for me to post the photos and my camera dies. I was not very happy about that. But good for you that you rose to the challenge and still got in a post. I love your colorful watering cans by the way, on your sidebar.
ReplyDeleteHi Julie, Your Friday Post came out Wonderful..... Just Love Your Blog, I had to become a New Follower, stop by sometime....
ReplyDeleteI'll be back soon
Hooray for Plan B Julie! I'll have to remember that the day my camera dies. It's on borrowed time after surviving a drop into a tidal creek last year, (it came back to life!) Now the battery cover won't latch and there are funny things going on...
ReplyDeleteReally enjoyed your week in color!
What a clever idea your week in color is! Love the cabinet cards as well as the photos of your Mom! Have a wonderful weekend!
