I KNOW I'M GETTING GREEDY WITH THIS FREE HELP THING, BUT I NEED TO ASK ONE MORE FAVOR!!!I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO GET A PHOTO OF MINE THAT I HAVE SAVED INTO MY COMPUTER TO FIT IN THE SPACE FOR MY HEADER??? EVERY TIME I TRY TO UPLOAD A PHOTO AND TRY TO SAVE IT--IT COMES OUT HUGE!!!! SO I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO GET IT TO FIT! ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!! THANKS IN ADVANCE!!
Are you checking the Shrink to Fit button when adding your header.... that's how I do it.... another suggestion I hope you will not mind, that may make your posts Easier To Read ~ Don't Use ALL CAPS ~ It is a bit difficult to read (just a Friendly Suggestion) hope this helps

ReplyDeleteFirst of all I really love the header you have now!! And 2nd - I am not much of a computer expert (to say the least!) - and am thankful that Blogger makes it all seem pretty easy!!
I tweaked my header to fit the space allowed and the one that works is sized as follows:
PIXEL SIZE - 792 x 485 @ 72 dpi OR . .
INCHES SIZE - 11" x 6.736 also at 72 dpi
My original pic was shaped more like yours and I just added some color bands to each side.
