My Cousin's Sale & Success!!!

Once again, my blogging friends came through for me and helped me out!! And as you can see, I have successfully gotten the picture that I wanted for my header!! Yaaaaay for me!!!! A big thank you to Cheryl for her advice and suggestions!!
So...now that I have all that stuff settled!! I went to a great sale yesterday held by a couple of my cousins and their daughters. They each have their favorite collections and were thinning them out--to my benefit of course! So here are some pics of the stuff I picked up....
I found these awesome porcelain house numbers.
They also had tons of pottery and shabby stuff like this plaster floral wall plaque and the cute basket.
The cute little duck is one of three...

I just love the little white one!!!

~More pottery~

I also found tons of linens, an old suitcase, a sweet retro pink and black cannister set,
a pair of shabby lamps and an adorable circus wagon toy box on wheels.

Since my computer is a cross between a turtle and a dinosaur~~I thought these pics were enough for now since it took me FOREVER to get these on !!! Maybe next time! I'm heading to the Elkhorn Flea Market on Sunday. Since I haven't been to this one for like 3 years, I have quite a list of stuff I'm hunting for. Wish me luck!!

  4. You really did well at the sale.. especially since I love pottery sooo much. The little white guy looks like a pie bird. Way cool! Yup, I love and collect them, too.

  6. I had the little yellow duck planter in my room when I was a teenager in the late 50s. I thought it was a magic pot because the green plant I had in it was the only indoor plant I ever failed to kill. Thanks for the memory
